Waiting List

Bistro Manager provides waiting list function to make a waiting list through tablet that customer can fill in the list by themselves and once the table is ready, the store can send SMS to notify customer. To use this function, follow the instruction below:

Setting

1.Go to https://bis.dbdb.com.au/login.php

2. Fill in Username and Password, then press Wholesale Manager3 button.

3. Now you are ready to use Waiting List.

Make a Queue

1. Press Make Another Queue.

2. Fill in Name, Number of People (Adult and Child), Mobile Phone Number and Memo (Optional). After fill in all the fields, press Join a Queue button.

3. Now you are in the queue now!

Check Waiting List from POS

1. Launch Bistro Manager, if there is any waiting list, you will see on main POS screen. See image below.

2. Press List button to see detail of the list.

3. When the table is ready for the customer, you can press SMS (Green) Button to send text message to notify customer the table is ready.

4. Customer will receive text message similar to below.

5. Press Eye (Red) button to remove customer from the list.
