Total price modification - Discount, Surcharge, Membership Point
There are three different way to modify total price:
1. Discount - Percentage / Amount
1) After select all the order, tap discount to apply discount. when you tap on discount, discount modal will come up.
2) Tap Clear button (C), tap the amount or percentage that you want to apply. Amount or percentage cannot be more than total price.
3) Tap % button or $ button to choose whether discount apply by percent or amount.
4) Tap tick or apply button to apply.
5) Discount applied on total price.
** If you added other items after applying discount, please repeat above steps again to apply discount correctly.
2. Surcharge - Percentage / Amount
1) After select all the order, tap surcharge to apply surcharge. when you tap on surcharge, surcharge modal will come up.
2) Tap clear (C) button, tap the amount or percentage that you want to apply.
3) Tap % button or $ button to choose whether discount apply by percent or amount.
4) Tap tick or apply button to apply.
5) Surcharge applied on total price.
** If you added other items after applying surcharge, please repeat above steps again to apply surcharge correctly.
**Surcharge must apply after applying discount and membership points.
3. Membership Points - Maximum points / Points specified
1) After select all the order, tap membership to apply membership point. when you tap on membership, membership modal will come up.
2) Put membership number or mobile number then tap search button to search existing customer.
3) Choose right customer from the list. List will show membership number, customer name and points they have. Double check customer name before select. Tap blue tick button to apply.
4) After apply membership, customers' membership points will be appeared on point section. Tap smile (customer name) button, use point modal will come up.
5) Tap clear (C) button, then tap the points you want to apply. 1 point is equal to 1 cent. Point cannot be more than the point customer have or total amount. Tap tick or apply button to apply.
