How To Use Self Order On Table

Bistro Manager provides self ordering system which is customer can place order by themselves through tablet on the table. To use this follow the instruction below:

Setting

1. Visit https://bis.dbdb.com.au/login.php , press Table tab, choose Table Number and fill in the login Pass Code.

2.  Once you successfully login, you will see the page look similar to the illustration shown below.

Place Order

1. Press any Category  that you want to place order. 

2. Press any Menu that you want to place order.

3. Once you press the order it will show the Menu Description. Menu Description can be added or modified in Menu Setting. If you want to learn more about Menu Setting, please visit: https://manual.dbine.net/Bistro/ITEM-MODIFICATION

4. Press Order to add menu to order list.

5. Confirmation window will come up. Press Close to continue.

6. Once you finish add menu to order list press Order Now to place order. Check twice before you place order. Order cannot be cancelled on self order.

7. Check order again with Confirm window. Press Order Confirm to continue.

8. Now your order has been placed successfully.

Checking Order

1.  To check my current order and total price, press Total button on top right hand side.

2. It will show Menu Name, Menu Quantity and Total Price.

Change Language

1. To change the Menu Language, you need to add 2nd language on each menu setting. To learn more about add 2nd language on each menu, please visit: https://manual.dbine.net/Bistro/ITEM-MODIFICATION

2. Press Language button on top right hand side to change language

3. Select Preferred Language, Press Change to apply.

Call Staff

1. When you need help with staff, press Call Staff button.

2.  Press Call Staff button again to confirm call staff. This button only can be pressed once in a minute.

3. Staff will receive table number on server screen and will come to your table.
