About Account Book

Account book is manually recorded transaction history of the shop. This helps you track down money flows and how the money is being spent. 

(NOTE: Ideally, account book acts like an bank account for your shop in which it needs to be managed manually by the owner or the manager)

Account Book

To view account book follow the instruction below. 

Tap Settings -> Tap Management -> Tap Account Book

Creating Account

1. In account book page press +Add

2. Tap Account Name text box and write the name of the account.For example, name of your bank (Commonwealth),     Safe & ETC.

    Also select a colour for the account so that it can be easily differentiated between several accounts if existing.   

3. You'll find new account added to the list.

Viewing Individual Account

To view account book simply press the view button illustrated below. 

Modifying Account

1. Tap Settings shown below

2. Change desired field and Tap Revise

3. You'll find applied changes.
