Adding and Deleting IP Address
About IP Address
The main purpose of setting up IP address is to secure your POS system (Cashier Login), meaning, users MUST be using same IP address added in Bistro Manager Settings otherwise the system will refuse to take any logins outside the boundary and prevent from any outside influence.
Adding IP Address
To add IP address, please follow the instruction below.
1. Press Settings then press Bistro followed by IP Address.
2. Press the box highlighted below and enter the IP address (NOTE: IP address in the field is the IP address of the device you are using). Now enter additional notes but its optional, this field can be used to label each IP address added to the list for example home, shop or office.
Finally press +Register IP.
NOTE: Usually IP address will be set to your shop's IP and our service technician or sales assistant will preset it for you.
3. You'll find your IP address Added to the List.
Deleting IP Address
Follow the instruction below to delete IP address.
1. Press one or more checkbox to delete.
2. Press Delete IP button.
3. You'll find selected IP address removed from the list.
