Creating Roster

This page introduces you to instruction on how to add and delete staff members for rosters.

To manage your roster follow the instruction below.


Adding Staff On Roster

1. In management page, tap Settings then tap Management. When it loads settings page tap Roster.


2. To add staff into your roster simply tap and drag staff's name tag from the staff list highlighted below onto preferred date. For Example: Moving Jennys to 7th of June 2019.


3. Once you drop a staff's name tag it will give you a text box. It is your choice to either leave the space blank or filled in with preferred information. For example: Wrote shift duration for the staff member.

4. Now you'll find staff member added on the roster. Given example below with staff added with memo(s) as well as without any memo(s).

                                                   


Removing Staff Off Roster

1. Tap the name of the staff member to delete.

  

2. Tap Delete to confirm.


3. Now you'll find staff removed off the roster.
