Stock Order

Stock Order 

Main purpose of this function is to control and manage the stocks delivered to your shop.

To make stock order:

1. Go to Inventory

2. Press Stock Order

3. Press "Stock Order"



Making Stock Order

1. Select the supplier you ordered in the box below and then lock it in by pressing the blue button


2. You can add to stock order by selecting existing item from current inventory or you can add new item WITH barcode or WITHOUT barcode

  For Existing Product

    a) Press "Select" Shown Below. Search or select for existing item to place in order. 

  For New Product (With or Without Barcode)

    a) To place New product in order press "NEW Product with Barcode" or "NEW Product without Barcode"


3. After you've selected the item press the button highlighted below then it will be added into the list


For Existing Product

a) For Existing Product amend if needed


b) Press the "Check" button shown below



For New Product (With or Without Barcode) 

Without Barcode

Fill in appropriate fields and press the tick box to add into order list


 

With Barcode

Fill in appropriate fields and press the tick box to add into order list




4. If you want to delete an item off the list, press the "delete" button outlined below 

5. Then press "OK" to confirm


6. If you want to modify the price follow the instruction below if "NOT" proceed to instruction 7

   "Shipping Cost" and "Amend" function can be utilised to change total amount, see below for further information.


7. When you're satisfied with the order list, press the "Paid" button if the amount has been paid already to your supplier or leave it blank if you haven't. Then Press "DONE"


8. Press "OK" to confirm

Saving DRAFT

1. You can save draft while you're processing stock order. Press the "Save Draft" button shown below:


2. Then the page automatically loads "Order History" page and by clicking on the draft you can recall your saved draft
