1. Go to 'Repair' -> 'List' on the left panel

2. Click 'Booking #' on the list which you want to cancel 

3. Choose Technician from 'Technician Information' -> Click 'Action'

4. Click 'Booking Cancel'

5. Click 'OK' if you want to cancel the booking, otherwise click 'cancel'
