1. Go to 'Repair' -> 'List'

2. Click 'Booking #' for the customer who you want to add to black list

3. Click 'Action' in Section 3.

4. Click 'Register Blacklist Customer'

5. Write note for future reference (Recommend to note reason why customer added on the blacklist)
