SMS Manager

Go to SMS manager by clicking the box shown below.

In SMS manager you can view history of SMS sent to the customer and also you can compose SMS as well.

SMS History

When you enter SMS manager page you'll see the list of newest to oldest message in descending order. 

Specify one or more boxes below to find a history by typing in customer's mobile phone number, SMS Details (e.g. repaired, cannot repair etc.), selecting a staff member or selecting a date.

Compose SMS

Compose your message as instructed below:

1. Type in mobile phone number

2. Compose your SMS

3. Press Send

4. If message was sent successfully it will notify "the message has been sent to 04XX XXX XXX"
