About Warranty

The warranty period selection is firstly and mostly found on new repair booking, in the new bookings page you can pick a warranty period for a certain repairs.

Warranty Set-Up

To make changes to the warranty settings, please follow the instruction below.

1. Press the name tag and find settings.

2. Then press "Repairs" on settings list.

3. Scroll down to the button of the page and find warranty. Then press the box highlighted below.

4. Select "Warranty Period" provided in the list shown below. The list is preset, please contact the administrator to modify the list.

5. After you've select on from the selection, it will appear on our warranty list. For example: 1 Week selected.

6. To delete simply press the "x" button highlighted in the yellow box shown below.

7. IMPORTANTLY! After making any changes to the list, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the "Save'' button.

8. Server confirmation appear on top right corner.
